Who I am
I move between voice, body, and hands with ease—singing, dancing, writing, making, and shaping ideas into form. I enter rooms alert and open, listening deeply, responding in real time, and adjusting with instinct. I practice, rehearse, build, revise, and show up again with curiosity and stamina. I connect people, gather stories, and translate feeling into language, sound, and movement. I work across mediums, staying present to what the moment asks for and following it through with care. I bring focus, warmth, and momentum to whatever I’m touching, and I leave things clearer, fuller, and more alive than I found them.

My Story
I’ve learned that work isn’t separate from life — the two live in conversation with each other. From stages in Europe, Canada, Japan, Zimbabwe, South Africa, and Malawi, to intimate classrooms and deeply human moments on and off camera, I show up with attention, curiosity, and presence.
I follow what feels alive — whether that’s a performance, a conversation, or a story that wants to become form. What unites everything in my work is this: I carry lineage forward, not just experiences. The work lives through me — and through the people I meet along the way.
